Hi, I'm Stephanie. Nutrition is about more than just the foods we eat.  It is a holistic and vital aspect of wellness, and in my clinical practice I take a bio-individual approach that understands your unique needs, and accounts for your personal preferences and lifestyle.  Based on my knowledge of human physiology and functional nutrition, I can personalize a plan to help you achieve and maintain your wellness goals.  I don't believe in fad diets or a one-size-fits-all approach.  I follow functional medicine principles, treating the whole person and addressing the root cause of your unique challenges.
